Through this vocation/calling I have met the most incredible, sensitive, brilliant and heart-connected people from all over the world; my clients and colleagues continually amaze me, teach me and draw me closer to my true nature.

I am also a public speaker and educator, a published author of creative nonfiction, a sometime poet and sometime performer (comedic singing impressions, improv, solo performance), and a creative marketing consultant/copywriter.

1. Is it true?
2. Can you absolutely know that it's true?
3. How do you react when you believe that thought? (What happens?)
4. Who would you be without this thought?

Turn the thought around:  is this turnaround as true or truer?
Find three genuine examples from your experience of how each turnaround is as true or truer than the original statement.
